Tooele County is seeking proposals from qualified & experienced contractors to replace the existing sewer lines in our administration building located at 47 South Main Street in Tooele, Utah. This courtesy posting is an advertisement of a procurement opportunity for Tooele County, not the Division of Purchasing. Responses should be directed to the designated individual/office as designated in the solicitation document. The contract award for this solicitation will not be posted on this website. Instead, you will need to contact the designated individual/office as identified in the solicitation document. This solicitation posting will be canceled/closed upon the closing date of this solicitation; however, a vendor's response will still be evaluated by Tooele County's described in the solicitation document. The Division of Purchasing is neither the issuing or conducting procurement unit for this solicitation, as such it is the vendor's responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements. Contact Nikki Sanchez nsanchez@utah.gov County's Response to Questions Due June 7, 2024 @ 4PM The County is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors and trade professionals with the expertise needed to install new sewer lines inside the Tooele County Administration Building located at 47 South Main Street in Tooele, Utah. This project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of all sewer lines, valves, drains, etc. within the building as well as the main lateral line that connects to Tooele City sewer main lines. The project includes the following key objectives: a. Removal of all the old sewer lines, valves, drains, etc. within the County Administration building. b. Replacement of all sewer lines, valves, drains, etc. that are removed from within the building. c. Removal and replacement of the lateral main line from the building to the main line of Tooele City's sewer system. d. Adherence to local building codes and regulations, including any necessary permits.
