The Tooele County Roads Department is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors to demolition the old Roads Department Building located at 555 West 900 South, Tooele, UT 84074. This project aims to safely and efficiently dismantle the structure (excluding the foundation), haul off all material, clear the site, and prepare it for future development. Demolition - Complete demolition of the existing, single-story, cinderblock / brick building. Site Clearance - Remove and properly dispose of all debris, including any hazardous materials in compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulation (must obtain a demo permit from Tooele City). Site Preparation - Level the site post-demolition and implement necessary erosion control measures. Question Deadline 06/17/2024 at 4:00 PM MT
