The Glen Eagles and Red Delpapa Park Meter and RPZ Installation Project consists of furnishing and installing four-inch (4") meter vaults and reduced pressure backflow stations in each of the parks, which are owned by Tooele City Corporation. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted. BASIS OF PAYMENT. Work completed under this bid item shall be paid for at the contract lump sum bid price listed in the bidder's proposal, and shall considered complete compensation for all labor, equipment, and materials, including but not limited to: saw cutting, excavation and off-site disposal of all excavated materials, dewatering, shoring; furnish and installation of the hot tap valve, pipe and fittings (including megalug restraint); import pipe bedding, pipe zone and A1-a trench materials, the 4" RPZ Station and 4" meter vaults, base, pipe, valves, fittings, thrust restraint, manhole ring and cover, etc.; connection to the existing irrigation system; marking tape and tracer wire, thrust blocks, compaction, disinfection, cleaning, testing, full surface restoration (pavement, concrete, landscape, etc.), all other operations, incidentals and costs required to complete this portion of the work. The Project consists offurnishing and installingfour inch (4'j meter vaults and reduced pressure backflow stations in both the Glen Eagles Park and the Red Delpapa Park, owned by Tooele City Corporation.
