Such contact is prohibited and may cause disqualification of the firm It should be noted that the end date for the project is 6/30/2025 Project Scope The City of Pikeville has received a Federal Funds (TAP) grant for an LPA project for the purposes of designing and constructing pedestrian improvements at the intersection of Baird Avenue (KY 1426) and South Bypass Rd (KY 3496) in Pikeville, Kentucky. The site currently has no pedestrian crossing infrastructure. As can be seen in Exhibit 1, KY 3496 runs approximately east-west at the intersection while Baird Avenue runs to the north from the intersection. KY 3496 is designated as South Mayo Trail to the West of the Intersection and is designated as South Bypass Road to the East. The intersection is signaled and has sweeping right hand turns onto and off of Baird Avenue.
