Project Description: Project consists of second floor renovation for nursing training facility. Project Location: 172 South Mayo Trail, Pikeville, Kentucky, 41501. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount . The successful bidder, offered a Contract, is required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds from an acceptable surety, each in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Sum prior to execution of the Contract.
