The Project consists of construction services for the Mountain Water District proposed Fish Trap Water Line Replacement Project which will consist of installation of 1,850 LF of 10 ductile iron pipe, 550 LF of 4 ductile iron pipe, 4,900 LF of 4 PVC water line, three (3) road bores, one valve vault, 330 LF directional bore of 10 DHPE pipe, and all related appurtenances located near Millard in Pike County, Kentucky. he project is funded by Rural Development US Department of Agriculture Award Number KY-20361-214-21. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. Addenda if Any, Obtained From Sources Other Than the Issuing Office a Non-mandatary Pre-bid Conference Will Be Held on June 25, 2025, at 10 Am Local Time at the Office of Mountain Water District 6324 Zebulon Highway, Pikeville, Kentucky. Question deadline - 16 July 2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
