CITY OF TUKWILA Request for Qualifications (RFQ) FOR PLANNING CONSULTING SERVICES: Tukwila Middle Housing: Analysis and Code Development The purpose of this request is to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultants to assist the City in updating regulations relating to middle housing in Tukwila. Consultant teams will need to show their experience in developing and implementing projects of this type and understanding of design regulation code development, specifically addressing middle housing. This work must be completed no later than March 1, 2025, to facilitate the adoption and completion of the project by the Legislative deadline of June 1, 2025.
