Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tukwila, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Storm water quality retrofit improvements at two (2) locations, all within the City of Tukwila. Specific tasks shall include, but are not necessarily limited to: Storm conveyance and water quality structure installation, relocation and adjusting utilities to grade, clearing and grubbing, revegetation, temp erosion/water pollution control, remove and replace HMA. pavement, cement cone, sidewalk and curb and gutter, signal modifications; And, other items necessary to complete the Work as shown on the Contract Documents The work to be performed within thirty-five (35) working days from the date of Notice to Proceed a bid proposal deposit in the form of a cash deposit, certified or cashiers check, postal money order, or surety bond made payable to the City of Tukwila, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid, including sales tax. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory payment and performance bonds within the tune stated in the specifications, the bid deposit/bond shall be forfeited to the City of Tukwila The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding
