Questions regarding this RFP must be emailed to Gregg Heinzel at gheinzel@tomgov.org no later than the date and time indicated in the schedule above. The project will include 4" thick by 5' wide sidewalks and 6" thick by 5' wide sidewalks along with ADA ramps, curb and gutter (new and replacement), pavement repair at associated concrete work, removal and disposal of demo material, putting back dirt to match existing grade and ready to accept owner provided final landscaping. All work on this project will comply with current ADA standards. This project will be paid out of the Town's budget and will not require compliance with Davis-Bacon labor requirements. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any and all formalities and to negotiate contract terms with the successful vendor, disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive or conditional proposals, act in the best interest of the Town, and terminate, modify or suspend the RFP process. This RFP does not commit the Town to award a contract.
