Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Monument, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of the Surface Water Treatment Plant Upgrades project. The work includes but is not limited to removing the existing sand filter tanks and associated piping and electrical equipment, installing a new ultrafiltration membrane treatment system, 350-gallon filter effluent tank, new chemical metering pump system, modifying process piping, replacing the booster pumps, replacing the backwash recycle pump and piping, replacing the plant control panel, relocating the existing propane heater, installing an emergency shower and eye wash, installing a new door and concrete sidewalk, and all associated piping, valving, electrical and instrumentation. The Work shall include all civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, controls and instrumentation work shown on the Contract Documents. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, if in the best interest of the OWNER. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the ENGINEER for the project, and all questions shall be in writing. Question Deadline 08/29/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER.
