Monument, Colorado United States 80132 Tri-Lakes Monument Fire Protection District dba Monument Fire District ("Owner") invites Proposals from interested construction Firms to fill the role of Construction Manager/General Contractor ("CM/GC", "Contractor", "Firm" or "Team"). The Owner is conducting a qualifications-based selection process to retain a Firm for the Fire Station No. 2 Remodel (the "Project") located at 18460 Roller Coaster Rd. Monument, CO 80132. The Owner intends to secure the services of a CM/GC Team that will provide comprehensive preconstruction and construction services in order to complete the Project. The Owner reserves the right to award the Project based on best overall value. The Project generally includes: Remodel of an existing fire station including selective demolition, wood frame construction, sheetrock partitions, M/E/P, millwork, floorcoverings and paint. The entire project shall achieve Substantial Completion and be operational on or before March 12, 2025.
