Site work and renovation of a civil project in Monument, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work will include all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools and materials for improvements to the existing Main Lift Station. Work includes, but is not limited to, in-kind replacement of process piping, valves, flooded suction pumps, exhaust fan, and electrical/instrumentation equipment, relocating electrical and controls above grade, installing a backup generator and pump control panels above grade, and associated site work. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis per the bid form. A notice to proceed is anticipated in December 2024. Each Bidder shall file with his Bid a Bid security in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or a bidder's bond in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a performance bond guaranteeing faithful performance and a labor and material payment bond guaranteeing payment of all debts arising out of the work. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the date Bids are opened. Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
