Reference Number 0000364243 Job Location: Monument Lake, Monument, CO The Town of Monument will be installing a prefab building containing two plumbed restroom facilities at Monument Lake. This is a fully contained 12"x 17" building, which will be set on a gravel pad at time of delivery. The scope of this project will include coordinating with Monument Water Department to bring water line to site from approximately 100 yards away and with Mountain View Electric to bring electric to the site. Also prepping the site by grading and constructing the gravel pad, stubbing water and electric at appropriate positions, and connecting water and electric at time of install. Sewer tap is present at site and will need to be final connected at install. Lastly, GC will handle any permit-related requirements, including providing a simple site layout plan. Survey has been conducted showing property lines, but no topographic survey has been performed. Water line to be 1 1/2 inch and will be run approximately 70 yards, please provide per foot installed cost in case length of line is more or less. Town staff will remove spoils. Contractor will provide gravel. Silt fencing required with any trenching and excavation to prevent runoff into adjacent lake.
