1.5 Million Gallon Concrete Tank The deadline for receipt of written questions is November 25, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. MDT Description: The Triview Metropolitan District, a Title 32 Special District is a quasi- municipal government and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, is in the final design phase of a project to construct and install a 1.5 Million Gallon Concrete Tank at Triview Metropolitan District's B Plant located within the Triview Metropolitan District's Service area. This project is being funded with an ARPA Grant of $1,000,000 with the balance of the project being funded by the District. The District reserves the right to act in its best interest and may terminate, modify, or suspend the process, reject any or all Proposals, modify the terms and conditions of this selection process and/or waive informalities of any submission. The CMGC will likely obtain bids in from various subcontractors, in full compliance with Federal Procurement procedures and/or self-perform certain tasks, if those tasks can be performed more economically by the selected CMGC. When executing construction related services, as a result of a negotiated scope and price, CMGC will work under a construction contract. The District expects to award a contract to the firm that has the most qualifications to serve as the CMGC and brings the necessary qualifications to oversee and perform the tasks required for completion of this project on December 16, 2024. Services will commence on that date and be completed by the end of the second Quarter 2026.
