Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kalama, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 42,300-square-foot industrial development; for site work for a industrial development; and water / sewer project.

The Work includes: All labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, training, and supervision for the installation of all components of the Spencer Creek Building 7802 project as shown in the plans and specifications, generally including: 1. Construct new shell building of approximately 42,300 gross square feet. 2. Perform ground improvement work consisting of concrete foundation to be placed under the building footprint. 3. Prepare required submittals and attend required meetings with the Owner and regulatory agencies as required by permits for the project. 4. Mobilize to the site. 5. Implement temporary site controls including traffic controls, and temporary erosion and sediment controls (TESC). 6. Demolish, clear and grub site, and perform site grading as required for new site civil, landscaping and utilities work. 7. Furnish and install new concrete and asphalt pavement surfaces. 8. Furnish and install new potable watermain, appurtenances, buried utilities, fire hydrant, valves, meters, etc. 9. Furnish and install new sanitary gravity main, laterals, appurtenances, manholes, cleanouts, etc. 10. Furnish and install new sanitary pump station and sanitary forced main, appurtenances, valves, etc. 11. Furnish and install new stormwater system with bioretention facilities, infiltration facilities, mechanical treatment, etc. 12. Furnish and install new potable water and fire standpipe system. 13. Demobilize equipment, labor, temporary facilities and unused materials from the site. 14. Other work required to complete the primary tasks identified above and described in the Contract Documents.
