The Project consists of the demolition of existing site improvements shown on plans, and the construction of two new parking lots, stormwater improvements, site lighting, and associated detention basins General Construction: General demolition work includes but is not limited to the removal of existing fence footings, gravel and wooden backstop. Site Work: The site scope of work includes, but is not limited to, installation of new parking lots and sidewalks, the addition of new stormwater improvements, sealing of existing asphalt parking lot, and all earthwork noted. Electrical Work: Electrical work consists of, but not limited to demolition of overhead power, pole mounted light fixtures and wood poles. New work consists of, but not limited to power to new parking lighting, light fixtures, poles and concrete bases. Alternate bid to replace circut breaker panel. Also included are necessary electrical permits and licenses.
