Sealed proposals are invited for the furnishing of materials and the performance of labor necessary for the Arcanum Booster Stadium Phase 3 Improvements at 310 North Main Street, Arcanum, Ohio. A Lump Sum bid is required for the project. Each bid must be submitted in duplicate on a blank form furnished by the Architect, in a sealed envelope, clearly marking the project being bid on the outside. A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety company bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid, or a bid guaranty bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid, must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, irregularities, and/or errors in the bids as permitted by law, including the right to extend the date and time for receipt of bids. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting and inspect the facility. Each bidder is responsible for any shipping costs or providing a shipping number for document delivery. PROJECT SCOPES OF WORK General Construction: Wood framed building with formed metal panel exterior cladding and gypsum interior. Standing seam roof with blown attic insulation. Site Work: Scope includes but is not limited to clearing/remove, new concrete pavement, aggregate surfacing, retaining wall, bleachers, grading, excavation, seeding and plants. Plumbing Work: Scope includes but is not limited to: new plumbing fixtures with water, sanitary, and vent systems as shown on drawings. HVAC Work: Scope includes but is not limited to: new mechanical equipment (exhaust fans and electric heaters) and ductwork as shown on drawings. Electrical Work: Electrical scope of work includes, but is not limited to, LED lighting and controls, receptacles, power to concessions stand equipment and mechanical/plumbing equipment. Additionally, provide roughins for technology. Technology Work: New work includes, but is not limited to: Providing category 6 cabling for the data network, wireless data network, telephones, A/V systems, security/access control, and CCTV systems as indicated on the drawings.
