The Napa County Board of Supervisors approved the Facilities Master Plan on April 9, 2024 and directed staff to proceed to implement Option 4 of the Facilities Master Plan (see link below) by releasing a Request for Qualifications for Architectural and Associated Services to begin design of the rehabilitation of the Napa County Administration Building and South Campus Building 4 as well as design the remaining projects recommended in the master plan at the appropriate time. The County anticipates needing the architectural firm to provide the following, including but not limited, as part of the design services: Architecture Landscape Architecture Acoustics Design Structural Engineering Civil Engineering Electrical Engineering Data/Communications Systems Engineering Mechanical Engineering Plumbing Engineering Audiovisual Systems Design Security Systems Design Furniture Design Parking analysis/design Other applicable Disciplines for full design of the projects June 14, 2024 Questions Due by 5:00 pm pacific time Question about this RFQ shall be submitted via email and be referred to: Juan Arias juan.arias@countyofnapa.org Email should be sent to Juan Arias with a copy to Steve Lederer - steve.lederer@Countyofnapa.org.
