2024 Ashwood Court CUL-DE-SAC Grading and Wall Reconstruction Bids, along with bid securities, must be enclosed in a properly SEALED envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder and the NATURE OF THE BID CONTAINED THEREIN. The Common Council reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals, waive any minor defects, and consider bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq . No charge shall be made or recovery had for publishing any official advertising unaccompanied by such statement of price.
