GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS DRILLING/INSTALLATION WELL AT LAKE EMILY The following specifications are minimum acceptable requirements. Bid specifications may not be revised without an official written addendum issued by Purchasing. Lake Emily County Park is located at 3968 Park Drive, Amherst Junction, WI 54407. 10.1 Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to complete all work in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws, codes, and ordinances. Along with the collection and disposal of debris and material from project. 10.2 Install Drinking Well at Lake Emily North campground approximately 30- 40 yards west of existing well. Well location will be marked and indicated at the pre-bid site visit. 10.3 Fill and seal old well per State requirements. 10.4 In attachment C, indicate a reduction in price per foot, if well is less than 250 feet deep. 10.5 Well casing for 6 inches. 10.6 Shoe and screen. 10.7 Provide well permits. 10.8 Must provide a water sample after the end of the project and turned into the State. 10.9 Install 1 HP STA-Right Submersible Pump 20GPM Constant Pressure or equivalent. 10.10 Mud Drill to 140 feet with 8.75 Bit then install 6-foot casing, then drill and drive to Max depth for screening and check for nitrates multiple spots, Per DNR State Hydrologist. 10.11 Price is based on Actual Depth of Drilling and Casing.
