Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Penticton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton invites Proposals for the 2024 Capital Works project, which includes construction of the following: Questions Due Date: May 16th 2024, 4:00 PM PDT Pedestrian network improvements and lighting upgrades on Moosejaw Street at Eckhardt Avenue and Scott Avenue; Pedestrian network improvements and lighting upgrades on Lee Avenue at Parkview Street and Cypress Street; Sidewalk network improvements on Middle Bench Road at Uplands School; Storm Sewer Extension on King Street; and Water main relocation on Cambie Place. The City of Penticton reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any submission/proposal, and to accept the submission/Proposal in total or in part, or to accept the submission/Proposal which it deems most favourable in the interest of the City of Penticton.
