Under the rules of M.G.L. Chapter 30, 39B The Purchasing Department of the City of Waltham hereby requests sealed bids for: Catch Basin Cleanings, Transportation and Disposal, FY25 The Purchasing Department of the City of Waltham wishes to purchase catch basin cleanings transportation and disposal services for a one-year period beginning on July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025. The CB cleanings will be already staged and ready for loadout & bidder will only need to provide trucks at time for loadout. City of Waltham personnel will provide assistance with an operator and loader in the City Yard when the bidder's trucks arrive. Locations with ACO from MADEP or out of state landfills are acceptable. PREVAILING WAGES The Contractor is required to pay the prevailing wages as determined under the provision of Chapter 149, Sections 26 and 27D of the Massachusetts General Laws, including the submission of weekly payrolls to the awarding authority.
