The project includes the following work: All work and materials related to the construction of approximately 4,500 lineal feet of new 10-inch HDPE, 18,500 lineal feet of new 6-inch PVC, 4,700 lineal feet of new 8-inch PVC and HDPE waterline, 220 lineal feet of new 6-inch horizontal directional drill HDPE, and 240 lineal feet of new 8-inch horizontal directional drill HDPE, construction of a new PRV vault, and installation of waterline fittings and valving, fire hydrant assemblies, blow-off hydrant assembles, air release assembles, reconnections to existing water distribution and service piping, and the installation and setup of a new automatic meter reading system. Waterline installation will require roadway excavation, pipe bedding and backfill with compaction efforts, AC trench patching, approx. 40,000 square feet of 2" mill and fill along Panther Creek Road, a full width 2" AC overlay along all AC roadways through which new waterline is constructed (excluding Panther Creek Rd.), and 2" gravel surfacing along all gravel roadways through which new waterline is constructed. The project also includes waterline and material testing and other miscellaneous items required for a complete installation.
