Scope The work shall include all labor, equipment, tools and services necessary for the completion of the weatherization measures of the dwelling in accordance with accepted building practices. Changes in any work under the contract including substitution of material, changes in the scope of workmanship required by these specifications, which may be proposed by the contractor or found necessary or desirable shall be approved by DPPJ/OCS. The contract may be renewed every (12) twelve months for three (3) years, if the labor prices remain the same. DeSoto Parish Police Jury (DPPJ)/Office of Community Services (OCS) is requesting bids from qualified contractors for electrical labor for homes in Bienville, Bossier, Claiborne, DeSoto, Morehouse, Natchitoches, Red River, Sabine, Union and Webster parishes. Each home will not need electrical services. DPPJ/OCS reserves the right to reject any or all offers received from any bidder, or to cancel this proposal in part or in its entirety. DeSoto Parish Police Jury/OCS reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
