Project Name: Marin County Parks, Lucas Valley Field Office Modular Building Accessible Ramp, Stairs and Related Sitework Project Description: Under this project, the Contractor will perform work related to the installation of a modular office building at the Marin County Parks Department's field office site located at 18 Jeannette Prandi Way in San Rafael. Work scope consists of: 1) preparation of the site for placement of the modular office building, including demolition of existing pavement, minor grading and installation of new concrete and asphalt paving; 2) construction of a new accessible ramp with stair and secondary stair serving the new modular office building; and 3) installation of electrical conduit, both below and above grade, connecting the new modular building, the existing shop building and the existing field office. Work shall be coordinated with the planned demolition and installation of the modular office building, which will be performed by others.
