Saving Project...

Site work for a municipal facility in Laconia, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

General Scope of Work: There is an existing concrete pad that houses a 450kW stand-by generator. The intent of the project is to extend the length and the width of the pad to accommodate the installation of a perimeter aluminum work platform and stairs. The selected contractor shall drill and epoxy glue #4 rebar pins to the existing slab at 12" intervals to pin the newly poured sections to the existing system. Concrete shall be a minimum of 4000 PSI. Extensions are to be monolithic with wire mesh. Concrete shall be broom finished with trimmed edges. Work shall include all subgrade preparation and compaction to achieve a flat and level surface. The current slab width is currently 31 inches wide and shall be extended to the width of 60".
