**As of June 12, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** Nelson Park, Residential Painting project- 20296 3RD Ave, Poulsbo 1840 Sq ft - 2 story residence Cedar bevel siding with shingles on gable ends 1- Prep, seal (caulk) siding, paint body (Cedar bevel siding/shingles) and trim boards Scope of work: o Prepare exterior of residence for paint - pressure wash/Soft wash o Seal (Caulk) cracks and gaps with (Quad -OSI) or equivalent o Paint body with 2 coat equivalent agreed upon color, exterior Semi Gloss Latex (Sherwin-Williams Duration Grade) or equivalent grade paint o Paint trim boards/ Belly band/ Barge-Facia boards with agreed upon color, latex exterior paint (Sherwin-Williams Duration grade or equivalent o Protect any non-painted areas o Maintain a clean/safe work site Structure had been previously stained. Structure/siding is very dry and porous. May absorb a large amount of paint CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS o Prevailing wages be paid and documented in compliance with RCW 39.12. o A Performance Bond be executed in compliance with RCW 39.08 before beginning work. o The Contractor holds a current Washington State Contractor's License. o Contractor must deliver a certificate of insurance naming the City as additionally insured before beginning work meeting the City of Poulsbo insurance requirements. o Contractor must have a current City of Poulsbo Business License before beginning work. o Contractor shall be in good standing regarding L&I premium payment prior to award of any contract.
