HAILRIDGE GOLF COURSE PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 1 Any bids received after such date and time shall be returned unopened. Bidders on this Work will be required to comply with the Copeland (Anti-Kickback) Act, and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, as indicated in the Contract Documents. The award of Contracts on this project shall be predicated upon competitive bidding, and satisfactory performance of past work with the City. Said Bidder shall be determined for the Contract by summarizing the applicable low base bids and selection by the City Council based on past performance of work. The City of Boonville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in the bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of bids. This contract includes but is not limited to the following items of work, which are listed for the convenience of the Contractor in understanding the intended scope of work: 1. Traffic control and signage; 2. Clearing, grading, excavation and fill; 3. Stormwater inlets and storm sewer pipe; 4. Concrete paving; 5. Gravel parking; 6. All items incidental to total completion The Engineer will consider such questions submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to bid opening. If the question includes the equality or use of products or methods, it must be accompanied by drawing, specifications, and any other necessary data to allow the Engineer to make a decision regarding the equality of the project or method.
