Site work for a mixed-use development in Sicamous, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
General Contracting Services for the replacement of watermain and appurtenances, along with the reconstruction of Riverside Avenue between Kappel Street and Martin Street in Sicamous, BC which generally includes the following: Supply & Installation of +/-325 Concrete Roll-Over Curb and Gutter Common Excavation and Disposal or Re-Use of Surplus Materials Cold milling of approximately 2,960m2 of existing asphalt pavement along the roadway Supply & Installation of approximately 2,960m2 of 100mm asphalt pavement along the roadway Supply & Installation of approximately 761m2 of 50mm asphalt multi-use path / sidewalk Supply & Installation of road gravels within the watermain trench zones. Landscape restoration, top soil, seeding and replanting. Pavement markings as indicated on the contract drawings. Supply & Installation of 349m of 250mm DR18 PVC watermain, appurtenances and tie-ins. Supply & Installation of 3 storm drywells.
