Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sicamous, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and retail development.
Construction of a mixed-use building, with commercial on the bottom floor and residential above, and family townhomes. TIMELINE: Request for Expressions of Interest is underway to solicit Proposals from qualified housing developers and builders interested in leveraging the properties identified in Exhibit A and developing and managing a new mixed-use rental housing/commercial project. The District is seeking a Proponent capable of developing and managing high-quality attainable/mixed income housing and should provide evidence of successful experience in the development and managing of mixed-income housing projects. The outcome of this process will be the selection of one or more Proponents with whom a Contract may or may not be negotiated for this Project. Further update in fall 2023. Budget estimate is unconfirmed.
