Renovation of a hospitality development in Sicamous, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.
The work includes roofing, a new water service leading to a new water meter room, a new sprinkler system, a new central heat pump as well as new suite HP’s, a new ERV, various electrical upgrades. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. New roofing w/ RCABC 10-year Roofstar Guarantee, contractor to include all QA 2. New water service to a new water meter room as per drawing package 3. New sprinkler system w/ exposed piping painted to match; repair and paint ceilings affected by the piping 4. Fire Alarm System upgrade 5. Fire-proofing at penetrations through fire-rated assemblies 6. New heat pump units, both one central and for suites 7. Provide ventilation for crawlspace w/ new ERV as per drawing package 8. Interior and exterior LED lighting upgrades 9. Retrofit existing door openings (entrance and common bathroom) with push buttons – hardware and frame replacement as needed 10. Site work – repair to match existing after new utility line addition. Pavement at new outdoor HVAC locations 11. New bulkheads in each suite to enclose the new condensing lines and ducting. Furring walls where shown. 12. New water meter room to include new foundation, walls, as well as roof and perimeter drain extension 13. New bathroom fans in units 14. Soffit Repair in one location
