The purpose of this RFQ is to invite interested parties to indicate their interest in, and their qualifications for, Trans-Canada Highway 1 - R.W. Bruhn Bridge & Approaches Project. Through the process described in the RFQ, the Province anticipates identifying Respondents to be invited to participate in the next phase of the Competitive Selection Process, the Project Tender phase. The $136-million contract for the project has been awarded to AECON-Emil Anderson GP.
