Ontario County ("the County") is requesting Expression-of-Interest (EOI) for Professional Services associated with Sanitary Sewer Infiltration and Inflow Investigation and Report. Prospective Consultants must offer an EOI that will meet the scope of services, qualifications, and general description of work activities identified in the Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") document. There will be no scheduled site visit or pre-submission conference. Question Deadline 05/17/2024 at 3:00 PM ET All questions will be answered and documented in writing as an Addendum to the RFQ and sent to all Consultants by email who received the original RFQ May 24, 2024 Notice to Proceed to Consultant August 2024 It is highly suggested that all prospective consultants interested in providing an EOI, contact the County directly as indicated in the RFQ to assure they have received the most accurate and up to date material concerning this RFQ. The County reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to (1) accept or reject in part or in its entirety any EOI received as a result of this RFQ if it is in the best interest of the County to do so; (2) award one or more contracts to one or more qualified Consultants if necessary to achieve the objectives of this RFQ and if it is in the best interest of the County to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
