Site work for a transportation facility in Canandaigua, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The project generally consists of the following: replace the existing AWOS at the Canandaigua Airport (IUA) with an AWOS III-P system, as well as the construction of an access road. Existing circuitry and communication cabling are to remain and will serve the new equipment. Project Location Canandaigua Airport, 2450 Brickyard Rd, Canandaigua, NY 14424 All bids must be accompanied by a Proposal Surety (Bid Bond or other instrument as described in the Instructions to Bidders) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers shall direct all inquiries related to this project solely to Brent Long, P.E., Project Engineer, McFarland Johnson by email blong@mjinc.com. The deadline for submitting inquiries related to this project is Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) local time. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Utilization Goal is 5.23%. The EEO goal for the Contractor's work force is 5.3% for Minority participation and 6.9% for Women participation The Ontario County Industrial Development Agency reserves the right to reject any and all bid Proposals and to waive any informality in bid Proposals received. Estimated Range -$350,000-$450,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
