Renovation of a municipal facility in Canandaigua, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference Number 0000347461 Ontario County is the sponsor of Finger Lakes Community College and plays a role in managing capital projects on behalf of the College. Ontario County is accepting sealed bids for Phase 3, Electrical System Upgrades. The Electrical Contractor shall replace (34) electrical panelboards, replace (11) transformers, provide (17) power and energy meters, and provide (1) surge protective device. The Electrical Contractor shall provide proof of qualifications as listed in Specifications Section 260010. The electrical work shall take place December 23rd, 2024 to January 20th, 2025. Work shall be scheduled such that the shutdown(s) are as short of duration as possible. Providing temporary power to select loads will be required. Each bid shall include a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid offered by the vendor. Said bid bond shall be in the form of a certified check, bond or irrevocable line of credit and is required to be included with the bid submittal.
