The District of Oak Bay (District) invites detailed proposals from qualified suppliers (the "Proponents") in accordance with these Proposal Documents (RFP No. OBRC 13-2024) for the “Design, Supply, Delivery and Install” an inclusive playground module for Windsor Park. This District is seeking a creative design playground concept for inclusive that allows kids to play together, no matter their age or ability while still providing exciting and thrilling play. Proposed equipment should be appealing to both disabled and able-bodied users and families. This playground will promote inclusivity and interaction between children. Proposals shall include three separate playground concepts, layout and drainage concepts if required. The District of Oak Bay will be responsible for removing the onsite existing play structures and preparing the site for playground equipment installation.
