Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) Hangar Door Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenance This is a general list of door components. This list is not intended to be a complete or accurate list of the parts installed on each door. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, incidentals, and related items to perform all operations necessary to complete the following tasks: perform servicing and inspection of all nine (9) hangar doors on a semi-annual basis located at the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. All nine (9) doors are International Door Company, vertical lift, sectional hangar doors, each door has three (3) sections. The hangar doors are fifty-six (56) feet wide, and twenty (20) feet tall. Each door has a man door incorporated. No more than one door can be out of service at one time. Question Deadline: 05/21/2024 at 2:00 PM MT , Questions shall be submitted through online . Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. All responses must be uploaded completely through online. Door Servicing/Inspection: When inspecting the nine (9) hangar doors each component of each door should be inspected for common wear and tear, device safety, preventive maintenance, shaft wear, cable condition, chain and drive sprocket condition, motor condition, seal condition and be noted and provided to the Agency in report form. Each door shall have a separate report of condition annotating any deficiencies. Reports will be clearly marked with the door number and the door number that is identified on each disconnect.
