This specific bid / project includes the complete and total replacement of the roof on the West Campground Pavilion. The roof shall be green in color and made of metal. This includes replacement of any and/or all applicable stringer boards. The existing roof will become property of the City of Mattoon and shall not be disposed of. This specific bid / project includes: o The complete and total replacement of the roof on the West Campground Pavilion utilizing the following specifications or their equivalent. 29 Gauge Steel is preferred: Pro rib emerald green 10' universal ridge cap 16' package/handling 16' trim crate spec order 2x6x16 28' vert steel pallet Steel pkg 24'1" to 32' 12' corner and gable trim 16' corner and gable trim 12' L-4 steel fascia 12' 3" eve trim Work may begin on or after July 3rd, 2024. Work shall be complete on or before September 1st 2024 (schedule can be adjusted on a case by case basis and shall be at the sole discretion of the City of Mattoon upon reasonable request). Once contractor begins work, the contractor shall continue working on "working days" until the project is complete. Any day between July 3rd and September 1st, 2024 inclusive except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays observed in Illinois on which conditions are such that the contractor could be expected to do a full day's work on the controlling item.
