Manhole Frame and Cover Replacement. Question Deadline 05/08/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions will be received on All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The work to be done under this contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials (aside from manhole frames and covers, which will be supplied by the Horsham Water and Sewer Authority) to replace eleven (11) existing manhole frames and covers at various locations throughout Horsham Township, as described elsewhere in the Project Manual and/or shown on the Drawings. The work is contained under one unit price contract. The Horsham Water and Sewer Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, to waive any informality in the bids or to make an award to such Bidder who, in the judgement of the Authority, makes the most advantageous bid. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. The project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 422, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, and prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the PA Department of Labor and Industry.
