Sealed proposals are being accepted for Municipal Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Service for the period from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2031. All proposals must be properly executed in ink without alterations and must be complete. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the first year's total proposed cost. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond for 100% of the bid price for all applicable years. All prospective bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bid forms and specifications are available at the Borough administrative office or online. The Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Borough.
