Sonoma State University is seeking bidders for the replacement of the chiller on the Schulz Information Center roof A Pre-bid Non mandatory walkthrough has been scheduled for May 14, 2024, at 2:00pm. Interested bidders should assemble at Administration and Finance Conference Room A at 2nd Floor of Salazar Hall on the campus at 1801 E. Cotati Ave, Rohnert Park, CA94928. It is strongly recommended that contractors attend this walkthrough, as it may be the only time bidders can walk through the project area. The walkthrough might take up to 2 hours, parking information can be be found at - https://parking.sonoma.edu/. Bidder is responsible for parking. All questions must be submitted via Q&A Board within CSUBUY. Last day to submit questions is May 20, 2024, by 12:00 pm. Questions submitted outside of CSUBUY or after the due date and time might not be answered. Bidders shall contact the Trustees DVBE Coordinator, Jenifer Barnett at jenifer.barnett@sonoma.edu
