ADF&G is seeking qualified offerors to provide lawn mowing and maintenance services at Susitna Landing (Kashwitna). DELIVERY LOCATION: Susitna Landing (Kashwitna) Boat Launch & Campground 14400 E. Susitna Landing Road Willow, AK Services are for a one (1) year contract with two (2), one (1) year renewal options. Renewals are to be exercised solely by the State. May 20, 2024 - September 15, 2024 (Year One) Spring cleanup needs to be completed the week of May 20th, Monday - Thursday (before the Memorial Day holiday weekend). Weekly lawn mowing and maintenance at Little Susitna Public Use Facility. May 20th through September 15th (Labor Day weekend) (total of 17 weekly visits). May 20, 2025 - September 15, 2025 (Year Two) Spring cleanup needs to be completed the week of May 20th, Monday - Thursday (before the Memorial Day holiday weekend). Weekly lawn mowing and maintenance at Little Susitna Public Use Facility. May 20th through September 15th (Labor Day weekend) (total of 17 weekly visits). May 20, 2026 - September 15, 2026 (Year Three) Spring cleanup needs to be completed the week of May 20th, Monday - Thursday (before the Memorial Day holiday weekend). Weekly lawn mowing and maintenance at Little Susitna Public Use Facility. May 20th through September 15th (Labor Day weekend) (total of 17 weekly visits). Bids over $17,000 annually will be considered non-responsive and rejected.
