Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Aurora, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Reference Number 0000351409 Removal and replacement of damaged concrete related to the 2024 Street Overlay, damaged concrete reported as Citizen Requests, and the installation of ADA Pedestrian Ramps where they do not exist. All work to take place throughout the corporate city limits of the City of Aurora. Removal and replacement of damaged concrete at set predetermined locations and on an as needed basis for Aurora Water - Stormwater Division, and Aurora Water - Transmission and Distribution. Work performed under this contract entails removal and replacement of various concrete structural assets. Work necessary for accomplishment under this contract includes but is not limited to; removal and replacement of concrete panels, vertical curb/gutters, sidewalks, pans, chase drains, and ADA ramps; partial depth concrete repairs; subgrade preparation and backfill; sprinkler repairs; and landscape restoration. Manhole, valve box, and other utility adjustments are incidental to the project. Project locations are subject to change. All work within this contract shall be completed per these Special Provisions and the current 2023 City of Aurora Roadway Design and Specifications Manual. 2. Failure to complete the work as prescribed shall be considered as a Breach of Contract and subject to Liquidated Damages which are $1,000.00 per day. The estimated cost for this project is from $900,000.00 to $1,009,153.29. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City of Aurora reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities and irregularities, and to accept that bid which is considered to be in the best interest of the City.
