Reference Number 0000269732 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/16 04:00:00 PM CDT All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at marsha.seelal@gov.mb.ca. Manitoba Housing requires the services from a supplier to perform inspection and cleaning of sanitary and storm sewer lines including the removal of debris from barrels. Provide video camera footage upon completion of cleaning. The work would include the establishment of the current condition of the sewer system along with obtaining detailed information for remedial programs necessary to upgrade and improve the sewer system where required. Provide 24-hour service calls as required by Manitoba Housing staff. The Service Agreement shall be for a period of two (2) years with an anticipated commencement date of July 01, 2024. Manitoba Housing reserves the right to extend this Agreement for two (2) optional two (2) year extensions. 1.1.1 The items of work intended to be covered by the scope of work and to which the scope of work apply, are those necessary or incidental to the completion of the Work in accordance with these Contract Document. 1.1.2 To inspect and clean sanitary and storm sewer lines and to remove debris from barrels. 1.1.3 During initial and subsequent inspections establish current condition of the systems and obtain detailed information for remedial programs necessary to upgrade and improve sewer systems where required. 1.1.4 Provide 24-hr emergency flushing service on an as and required basis. 1.1.5 To inspect and clean building interior sanitary drain lines as required Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
