Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Work under this contract includes the 200 Level of Building Zone 3, Scope includes updating the buildings life safety systems including expansion of the sprinkler system in the identified areas. The project scope also includes identified abatement, window replacement (2 units), HVAC and electrical/lighting upgrades, accessible upgrades in the Sorth stairwell all floor levels, and renovations of the washrooms.
