Saving Project...

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of adding card access to the exterior doors of fourteen fire stations as per the drawings and specifications. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Upgrade existing exterior door hardware to accommodate new card access. (b) Modify existing door frames to accommodate new card access. (c) Modify door, door frame and hardware as noted on drawings and specifications. (d) Return existing hardware and devices to City as noted on drawings and specifications. (e) Provide new card access readers and all associated wiring and cabling on exterior doors and overhead doors as noted on drawings and specifications. (f) Modify existing electrical panels and provide new electrical panels as noted on drawings and specifications. The funds available for this contract are $310,000.00. A Performance Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to These Supplemental Conditions (Form H1: Performance Bond), in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price A Labour and Material Payment Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to These Supplemental Conditions (Form H2: Labour and Material Payment Bond), in an Amount Equal to Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
