Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.
Asphalt Replacement at Rockwood School Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Bids shall be accompanied by a company bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid price. The bonds shall be in the form annexed hereto. The condition of the bid bond is that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder shall sign a contract for the doing of work within three (3) days after being called upon to do so by the Owner. The contractor shall provide and pay for an approved company performance bond in the amount of the fifty percent (50%) of the contract price within seven (7) days after being called upon to do so by the Owner. The contractor shall provide and pay for an approved company labour & material bond in the amount of the fifty percent (50%) of the contract price within seven (7) days after being called upon to do so by the Owner.
