Reference Number 0000268485 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the acceptance and processing Wood Waste material for the Summit Road Landfill Soil Fabrication Project for the period from July 1, 2024 until June 30, 2025, with the option of four (4) mutually agreed upon one (1) year extensions. A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to these Supplemental Conditions (Form H1: Performance Bond), in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price for the initial term or extension term. The Award Authority may reject all or any part of any Bid, or waive technical requirements or minor informalities or irregularities if the interests of the City so require.
