Installation of fire pump, automatic sprinkler system, firestopping, modifications to fire alarm and interior finishes for existing buildings A and B. .1 Work of this Contract comprises installation of automatic sprinkler systems, fire alarm modifications, addition of fire pump, and fire stopping at the Holy Family Home also known as Provincial Fire and Life Safety Project - Holy Family Home. .2 Erection, maintenance and dismantling of Infection Control Preventative Measures shall be within the scope of work and be performed in accordance with CSA 317.13 and the regional infection control policies and procedures Each bid shall be accompanied with security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 - Warranty. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price. The Owner in its sole discretion may reject or accept all or any part of a bid, including any or all of the bids submitted under this bid call; and the Owner is under no obligation whatsoever to accept the lowest or any bid submitted.
