Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work consists of providing approximately 2,930 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main along Neale Street, Skelton Street, Croydon Road, Broadgate Drive and Aldersgate Drive; the installation of approximately 40 sanitary sewer laterals and 14 manholes; the installation of approximately one (1) water service and providing site and pavement restoration and providing all other work as required by the Contract Documents in order to provide a complete system. BIDDER agrees that the Work shall be Substantially Complete within 270 calendar days and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.13 of the General Conditions within 300 calendar days, after the commencement of Contract Times as defined in the General Conditions
